ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ: ਕੋਟਕਪੂਰਾ ਗੋਲੀਕਾਂਡ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਜਨਰਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੁਲ ਨੰਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ, ਉਹ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਲ ਏ.ਜੀ. ਦੀ ਅਯੋਗਤਾ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਚੁੱਕਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਅਤੁਲ ਨੰਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾਉਣਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤ ‘ਚ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਹੁਣ ਏਜੀ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਬੋਲਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਐਸਆਈਟੀ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਲੜਾਈ ‘ਚ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਏਜੀ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ, 2015 ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹਿਬਲ ਕਲਾਂ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋਏ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ, ਉਹ ਨਵੀਂ ਐਸਆਈਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਣਗੇ, ਖ਼ਾਸਕਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਏਜੀ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਦਲੀਲ ਦੇਣ ‘ਚ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
