ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ: ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਖਤ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਅਸਰ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਪਵੇਗਾ।
ਇਸ ‘ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਸਖਤ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ, ‘ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਖੋਹਣ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਕੋਝੀ ਸਾਜਿਸ਼ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਡਟ ਕੇ ਲੜੇਗੀ।’

ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਦਿਆ ਸੁਖਪਾਲ ਖਹਿਰਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ, ‘ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਹੁਣ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਆਉਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਤਾਨਾਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ।’

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਸੀਐਮ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੀਬੀਐਮਬੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ‘ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
