ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਡੈਸਕ: ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਵੇਂ ਲਿਆਂਦੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦੀ ਗੂੰਜ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪੁੱਜ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਪਰਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਰਾਹ ‘ਚ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਰਡਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਵਰਤਾਰੇ ਦਾ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਐਨਡੀਪੀ ਲੀਡਰ ਜਗਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਲੂਕ ਨੂੰ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਉਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇਕਜੁੱਟਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਖੜੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸੁਝਾਅ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਰਵੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਧੱਕੇਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਕੱਢਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਰਵੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ‘ਚ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੰਬਲ, ਖਾਣ ਪੀਣ ਦਾ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੁੱਖ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ – ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹਰ ਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਲੂਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਅਥਾਰਿਟੀਜ਼ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਸਹਿਣਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਮੈਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

ਬਰੈਂਪਟਨ ਨੌਰਥ ਤੋਂ ਐਮਪੀ ਰੂਬੀ ਸਹੋਤਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਇਰਾਦਾ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਇਕ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਵਧੀਕੀ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੋ ਹੋਇਆ ਉਹ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਹੈ।
The determination and resilience of the farmers is admirable. In a free and just society one should be able to advocate for their cause without the threat of force being used against them. The brutality being faced by Indian farmers in these images is deplorable.
