ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਣਬ ਮੁਖਰਜੀ ਦਾ 84 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ‘ਚ ਦੇਹਾਂਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੇਟੇ ਅਭਿਜੀਤ ਮੁਖਰਜੀ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਪ੍ਰਣਬ ਮੁਖਰਜੀ ਇਥੇ ਫੌਜ ਦੇ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਤੇ ਰੈਫਰਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ 10 ਅਗਸਤ ਤੋਂ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੂਨ ਦੇ ਥੱਕੇ ਦੇ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਕੋਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਲਾਗ ਵਧਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੈਪਟਿਕ ਸ਼ਾਕ ਲੱਗਾ।
