ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਡੈਸਕ: ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੀ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੀਡੀਪੀ ਮੁਖੀ ਮਹਿਬੂਬਾ ਮੁਫਤੀ ਨੇ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਜ਼ਰਬੰਦ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੌਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਜ਼ਰਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਮਹਿਬੂਬਾ ਮੁਫਤੀ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਦਾਅਵੇ ‘ਤੇ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਖੰਡਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਮਹਿਬੂਬਾ ਮੁਫਤੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਟਵਿੱਟਰ ‘ਤੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ, ‘ਜਦੋਂ ਐਚਐਮ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਰਕਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਲਈ ਪੱਟਨ ਜਾਣਾ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਜ਼ਰਬੰਦ ਹਾਂ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਮੌਲਿਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਨੀ ਆਸਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਅੱਤਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਦਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਕਲਪਨਾ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ। @ਅਮਿਤਸ਼ਾਹ, @ਮਨੋਜ ਸਿਨਹਾ।’

ਮਹਿਬੂਬਾ ਮੁਫਤੀ ਦੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ‘ਚ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਟਵਿੱਟਰ ਪੇਜ ‘ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ‘ਇਹ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੱਟਨ ਦੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ‘ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪੱਟਨ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 1 ਵਜੇ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਹੈ। ਬੰਗਲੇ (SIC) ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਇੱਕ ਤਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਖੁਦ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਜਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਹਨ।’
It is clarified that no restriction of any kind travel to pattan, travel to pattan was at 1 pm as intimated to us. The picture tweeted by her is of inside of the gate with own lock of residents who stay in the bunglow. There is no lock or any restrictions. ਸ਼੍ਰੀਨਗਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਟਵੀਟ ‘ਤੇ ਮਹਿਬੂਬਾ ਮੁਫਤੀ ਨੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ, ‘ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬੀਤੀ ਰਾਤ ਐਸਪੀ ਬਾਰਾਮੂਲਾ ਨੇ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪੱਟਨ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਅੱਜ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਗੇਟ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਇਸ ਤੱਥ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਪਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
