ਸਰੀ: ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਕੋਲੰਬੀਆ ਪ੍ਰੋਵਿੰਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ‘ਚਾ ਐਨਡੀਪੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਮੁੜ ਜਿੱਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਜੌਹਨ ਹੌਰਗਨ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਇਸ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਕੁੱਲ 87 ਸੀਟਾਂ ‘ਚਾ 55 ਤੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਬਹੁਮਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਚੋਣਾਂ ‘ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੇ 8 ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਚੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਰੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਊ ਡੈਮੋਕਰੈਟਿਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਟਿਕਟ ਤੋਂ ਜਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
