ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਜਲ੍ਹਿਆਂਵਾਲਾ ਬਾਗ ਕਤਲਕਾਂਡ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਹਾਦਰੀ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ। ਪੀਐਮ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕੀਤਾ, ਮੈਂ ਅਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਜਲ੍ਹਿਆਂਵਾਲਾ ਬਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਰਹਿਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਅਸੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਹਾਦਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੁੱਲ ਸਕਦੇ।

ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਰਾਜਨਾਥ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ 1919 ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਜਲ੍ਹਿਆਂਵਾਲਾ ਬਾਗ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਸ ਦਿਨ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਹਾਦਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਭੁਲਾਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕੇਗਾ।
