ਬਾਦਲ: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੇ 88 ਸਾਲਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਬਾਦਲ ਪੰਜ ਤੱਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਬਾਦਲ ਦਾ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਸਸਕਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਜੱਦੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਥਿਤ ਸ਼ਮਸ਼ਾਨ ਘਾਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁੱਖਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ, ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ, ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਸਿਮਰਤ ਕੌਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਰੀਬੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਰਹੇ। ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਏ ।
ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਮਾਰ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਬਾਦਲ ਦਾ ਬੀਤੀ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਫੋਰਟਿਸ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਦੇਹਾਂਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਵਿਗੜਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਫੋਰਟਿਸ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਧਿਆਨ ਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ 19 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ( 74 ) ਦਾ ਵੀ ਦਿਹਾਂਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਖਰਾਬ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ।
ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਉਤੇ ਕਈ ਸ਼ਖਸ਼ੀਅਤ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਦੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
It is with great sorrow that I inform about the demise of my father S.Gurdas Singh Badal. He passed away last night at Fortis Hospital, Mohali.He was 90.
His health had started deteriorating after my mother’s death in March, & he was on life support system for past few days.
