ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਡੈਸਕ: ਫੇਸਬੁੱਕ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਸਟਾਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹੈਸ਼ਟੈਗ #Sikh ਨੂੰ ਲਗਭਗ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਬੈਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਟਵਿੱਟਰ ‘ਤੇ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਬੈਨ ਹੋਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਏਡ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਰਵੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਫੇਸਬੁੱਕ ‘ਤੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ” ਕੀ ਹੈਸ਼ਟੈਗ ਸਿੱਖ” ਬੈਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ? “
ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ‘ਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਰੋਸ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕਾਫੀ ਪੋਸਟਾਂ ਵੀ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਹੋਈਆਂ।
ਹੈਸ਼ਟੈਗ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਬਲਾਕ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਇੰਸਟਾਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਟਵਿੱਟਰ ਹੈਂਡਲ ਤੋਂ ਪੋਸਟ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੈਸ਼ਟੈਗ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਅਨਬਲੌਕ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਇੰਸਟਾਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਵੀ ਮੰਗੀ ਹੈ। ਇੰਸਟਾਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਹੈਸ਼ਟੈਗ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਬਲੌਕ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਿੰਝ ਹੋਇਆ।
