ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ: ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ‘ਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਖੱਟਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਤੇ ਟੀਵੀ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤ ਮਨਜੀਤ ਮਿਨਹਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡਾ ਮਾਣ ਹਾਸਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਮਨਜੀਤ ਮਿਨਹਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਆਰਮਡ ਫੋਰਸਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਕਵੀਨਸ ਓਨ ਰਾਈਫਲਸ ਆਫ਼ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਔਨਰੇਰੀ ਲੈਫ਼ਟੀਨੈਂਟ ਕਰਨਲ ਵਜੋਂ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਮਿਨਹਾਸ ਨੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ, ‘ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਆਰਮਡ ਫੋਰਸਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਕਵੀਨਸ ਓਨ ਰਾਈਫਲਸ ਆਫ਼ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਲੈਫ਼ਟੀਨੈਂਟ ਕਰਨਲ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ‘ਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਮਾਣ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹਾਂ।’ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਵੀ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਨੀਤਾ ਅਨੰਦ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਫ਼ਲਤਾ ‘ਤੇ ਮਨਜੀਤ ਮਿਨਹਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਵੀਨਸ ਓਨ ਰਾਈਫਲਸ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਇੰਵੈਂਟਰੀ ਰੈਜੀਮੈਂਟ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੀ ਮਨਜੀਤ ਮਿਨਹਾਸ ਅੰਨਰੇਰੀ ਲੈਫਟੀਨੈਂਟ ਕਰਨਲ ਬਣ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਨਜੀਤ ਮਿਨਹਾਸ, ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੀ.ਵੀ ਸਖਸ਼ੀਅਤ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਨਹਾਸ ਬਰੂਅਰੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਮਾਲਕ ਵੀ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਹੁਣ, ਔਨਰੇਰੀ ਲੈਫ਼ਟੀਨੈਂਟ ਕਰਨਲ ਦਾ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਦੇ ਸਿਖਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
