ਇਸਤਾਨਬੁਲ : ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਇਸਤਾਨਬੁਲ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਇੰਡੀਗੋ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਲੈ ਜਾਣਾ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਈ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡਿਆ ‘ਤੇ #shameonindigo ਟਵੀਟੱਰ ‘ਤੇ ਟ੍ਰੈਂਡ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਿਆ। ਮਾਮਲਾ 15 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2019 ਦਾ ਹੈ ਇੰਡੀਗੋ ਦੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ – ਇਸਤਾਨਬੁਲ ਫਲਾਈਟ ‘ਚ ਲਗਭਗ 130 ਯਾਤਰੀ ਸਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਨ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਜਾਣਾ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਏਅਰਪਲੇਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਮੁਸਾਫਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਗੁੱਸਾ ਜੱਮ ਕੇ ਕੱਢਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਫਲਾਈਟ ‘ਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਚਿਨਮਏ ਦਬਕੇ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇੰਡੀਗੋ ਫਲਾਈਟ 6ਈ ( Indigo Flight 6E 11 ) ‘ਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਇਸਤਾਨਬੁਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ। ਜਦੋਂ ਅਸੀ ਏਅਰਪੋਰਟ ‘ਤੇ ਬੈਲਟ ਦੇ ਨੇੜ੍ਹੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸੀ, ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਗਜ਼ ਦਾ ਟੁਕੜਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ।

ਏਅਰ ਲਾਈਨ ਫਲਾਈਟ ‘ਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੁਸਾਫਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਲਗੇਜ ਲੋਡ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੀ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇੱਕ ਵੀ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਇੰਡੀਗੋ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਲਤੀ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਬੈਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਸ਼ੂਗਰ ਦੇ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਡੋਜ਼ ਲੈਣੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਫਲਾਈਟ ‘ਚ ਕਈ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਨੈਕਟਿੰਗ ਫਲਾਈਟਸ ਵੀ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਣਗੇ ?
However, the only positive from this ordeal is that the ground staff at Istanbul airport was extremely cooperative and helped everyone fill out requisite forms so they can identify luggage and give it back to us. It is not easy dealing with 130+ angry Indians.
