ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਉਪ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਲਈ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਥੋੜੀ ਦੇਰ ‘ਚ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਪ-ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਡੈਮੋਕਰੇਟਿਕ ਅਲਾਇੰਸ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਜਗਦੀਪ ਧਨਖੜ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਮਾਰਗਰੇਟ ਅਲਵਾ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹੈ।

ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ, ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੋਟ ਪਾਈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਡਾ: ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਪ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਚੋਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੋਟ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸੰਸਦ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ।
